چھوٹی الائچی دانہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کشمش۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں دو سے ڈھائی کپ پانی اور چینی کو دس منٹ تک پکا کر شیرہ تیار کر لیں۔
ایک الگ پین میں کیری کے سلائس اور آدھا کپ پانی ڈال کر پکائیں،اتنا کہ کیری گل جائے۔
اب گلی ہوئی کیری کو شیرہ میں شامل کر کے کچھ دیر تک پکائیں۔
جب شیرہ کم ہونے لگے تو چولہا بند کر دیں۔
ایک ساس پین میں گھی،الائچی اور سوجی ڈال کر پکائیں پھر یہاں تک پکائیں کہ سوجی کا رنگ تبدیل ہو جائے۔
ساتھ ہی کیری کا شیرہ مکس کر کے تیز آنچ پر پانچ منٹ پکنے دیں،یہاں تک کہ پانی خشک ہو جائے۔
آخر میں کشمش ڈالیں۔
سرونگ پلیٹر میں نکال لیں او گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
