اجزاء:
میدہ( چھنا ہوا) ۔۔ 750 گرام
میٹھا سوڈا ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
کریم آف ٹاٹر ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
رنگ کاٹ ۔۔ ایک چٹکی
کھانے کا پیلا رنگ ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
گھی ۔۔ آدھا کلو
چینی ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا کلو

شیرے کے لئے:
پانی ۔۔ آدھا کلو
چینی ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا کلو
کیوڑہ ۔۔ چند قطرے

ترکیب:

پانی میں چینی اور کیورہ ملا کر ایک تار ابننے تک پکا کر شیرہ تیار کرلیں۔ 500 گرام میدے کو پانی میں گھول لیں اور گارھا آمیزہ بنا کر دو دن کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اس میں باقی میدہ، سوڈا، کریم آف ٹاٹر، رنگ کاٹ اور رنگ ملاکر خوب پھینٹ لیں۔ ضرورت ہوتو پانی بھی شامل کرلیں۔ کراہی میں گھی گرم کریں، آمیزہ ایک ململ کے کپڑے میں ڈالیں اور دباتے ہوئے جلیبیاں بنائیں۔ دونو جانب سے سنہری ہوجائیں تو انہیں شیرے میں ڈالیں اور چند منٹ کے بعد گرما گرم پیش کریں۔
