پودینہ-------------------------------- 1/2گھٹی
چھوٹی ہری-------------------------- مرچ 6-8عدد
لیموں کا رس------------------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
سلاد--------------------------------- سرونگ کے لئے
ٹماٹر---------------------------------- 1کپ
آلو------------------------------------ 750گرام
پیاز----------------------------------- 1کپ
دہی----------------------------------- 1/2کپ
باسمتی چاول-------------------------- 750گرام
تیل----------------------------------- 1کپ
کالی مرچ----------------------------- 1/2کھانے کا چمچہ
دار چینی اسٹکس---------------------- 1-2عدد
لونگ--------------------------------- 3-4عدد
کالی الائچی--------------------------- 2-3عدد
ہری الائچی--------------------------- 3-4عدد
زیرہ---------------------------------- 1چائے کاچمچہ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ--------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
لال مرچ پاﺅڈر------------------------ 1کھانے کا چمچہ
ہلدی پاﺅڈر---------------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر-------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک---------------------------------- حسبِ ذوق
اچار---------------------------------- سرونگ کے لئے
ترکیب:
گوشت کو پانی میں اُبال کر رکھیں۔
ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز ،زیرہ اور ثابت گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر پکائیں، اتنا کہ ہلکابراﺅن ہوجائے۔
پھر اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، ٹماٹر اور دہی شامل کرکے پکنے دیں۔
جب ٹماٹر گل جائیں تو اُبلا گوشت اور آلو ڈال کر 5سے 7منٹ تک فرائی کرلیں۔
ساتھ ہی2کپ پانی ڈال کر اُبال آنے تک پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں اُبلے چاول،ہری مرچ،لیموں کا رس،ہرا دھنیا اور پودینہ شامل کرکے ڈھک دیں۔
پانی خشک ہونے پر گرم توے پر 7سے8منٹ تک دم پر رکھیں۔
سلاد ،رائتہ اور اچار کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
