Ingredients
1) Basmati Rice (Sela rice recommended) 500 gm
2) Carrot (cut in small dices) 1 cup
3) Raisins/ Sultanas less then 1/2 cup
4) Tomatoes (chopped) 3 - 4
5) Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
6) Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
7) Soy sauce 2 tbsp
8) White Vinegar 2 tbsp
9) Small Cardamom (crushed) 2 - 3
10) Sugar 2 tsp
11) Salt as per taste
12) Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
13) Oil 1/4 cup
METHOD:
Method
1. Soak rice in water for 2 hours.
2. Boil rice and salt as per taste.
3. Heat oil and add tomatoes and carrots cook for 2 minutes.
4. Now add sugar, Soya sauce, salt, white vinegar, black pepper, small cardamom and cook for 1 minute.
5. Mix onion, capsicum, raisins and cook this mixture for 1 minute.
6. Add rice in mixture and simmer for 10 minute on low flame.
7. Serve with SPICY CHICKEN WINGS, CHICKEN BROAST, CHICKEN ROAST or KEBAB.
