2 green chillies
1 oz. fresh root ginger
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 lb. minced lamb ½ carton yoghurt
½ teaspoon pepper pinch of ground cloves
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 slices of fresh white bread, grated
Salt to taste
Melted butter for coating
How to make Grilled Meat Balls (Kabab Ruksand)
METHOD:
Mince the onion, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves finely. Mix them with all the other ingredients in a bowl and leave for two hours. Form mixture into ball-shaped kababs. Brush with melted butter and grill until cooked. Serve hot with slices of lemon.
