chicken breast fillets cut into 1-2 inch pieces. 1 kg
Red chillies flakes 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Arabic spices 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 cup
Garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Yoghurt 2 cups [ Greek yoghurt is better for these.]
Paprika powder 1 tablespoon
cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
olive oil or any vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Aluminium foil 1 sheet
For kachoomar salad :
One onion cut in small pieces.
Tomatoes chopped 2
olive oil 1 tablespoon
Olives green diced 1 tablespoon
Cucumber deseeded and chopped one
lemon 1 to pour juice on the mixture of salad.
How to make Grilled Chicken Kabobs
METHOD:
Take a bowl.
Add chicken cubes, ginger garlic paste,all spices,yoghurt and mix well [ the kabobs must be well coated with mixture]to leave overnight on skewers in fridge.
Next day take a baking grill dish.Line with aluminum foil and place kebobs with onion slices on a side and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes turning in between and brushing with oil.When golden brown, remove and serve hot with kachoomar salad with olives and pita bread.
Jalepenos or jalepeno pickles are added for extra flavor.
