1) Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
2) Beef Sirloin(cut into strips) 2 lbs
3) Ginger(chopped) 2 tbsp

How to make Ginger Thai Beef Stir Fry
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in wok or medium frying pan, when oil is hot, add beef, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, bamboo shoots, beans, red pepper flakes and fish sauce.
2. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on high heat, remove from heat add lime juice and serve over noodles, enjoy.
