کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
مکھن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹا ہرا دھنیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کا چمچے
دہی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

پہلے ادرک کو خوب اچھی طرح کاٹ لیں ۔اب مونگ پھلی اور پستے بھی باریک کاٹ لیں ۔ساتھ ہی لال مرچ کو بھی باریک کاٹ لیں ۔اب کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے کٹا لہسن ، کٹی ادرک ، کٹی مونگ پھلی اور پستے شامل کر کے تین سے چار منٹ تک بھونیں ۔اس کے بعد اس میں کٹی تازہ لال مرچ اور دہی شامل کردیں۔ساتھ ہی بڑے والے کٹے جھینگے اور کٹی لال مرچ بھی ڈال دیں ۔تین سے چار منٹ بھوننے کے بعد اس میں کٹی کالی مرچ اور کٹا ہرا دھنیا شامل کردیں ۔آخر میں مکھن شامل کریں اور نکال کر سرو کریں ۔
