How to make Ginger spiced Prawns
• Finely chop the ginger, 25g of peanuts and 25g of pistachios. Also finely chop the fresh red chilies. Heats oil in a wok and sauté the garlic cloves. Add the ginger, 25 g of peanuts, 25g of pistachios and fry for 3-4 minutes.
• Add the crushed red chilies and 3tbsp of yogurt. Now add ½ kg prawns and 1tsp crushed red chilies .Mix well.
• After 3-4 minutes add salt as required, 1tsp crushed black pepper and 2tbsp chopped coriander. Lastly add 2tbsp of butter and serve.
