1/2 kg Mutton
2 Lemon
2 Onion chopped
10 Green chilies chopped
1cup Oil
1/2cup Yogurt
1tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp Crushed black pepper
as required Salt
How to make Ginger Mutton Curry


Fry onion in oil till it turns golden brown. Now add 1/2 kg mutton, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1tsp turmeric and cook.

Then meat water dries 1/2 cup lukewarm water and cook till meat tender.

Add 1/2 cup of yogurt and saute’ it. When oil form a separate a layer, put 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper, chopped green chillies, ginger and lemon juice and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.

Serve it with hot naan.
