Mutton or chicken mince 300g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Anar dana, crushed 2 tbsp
Black pepper, crushed ½ tsp
Coriander leaves , chopped ¼ bunch
Spring onions white part, chopped 2
Spring onion green part ,chopped 2 stalk
Oil 2 tbsp
Manda pati ( square shaped 4 by 4 inches) 30
METHOD:
Heat oil in a sauce pan . add ginger garlic paste cook for 1 minute. add chopped spring onion(white part) sauté and add mince cook until the water will dry of meat. Now add all spices and mix well. At the last fresh coriander leaves and green part of spring onions. Let them cool in room temperature.
Place 1 tbsp of the filling in the middle of the wrapper . secure with flour paste on the outer edge of the wonton wrapper and fold the two ends of the wrapper together.Fold the other two ends to make a parcel. Pinch to seal tight and make sure that there is no leakage.
Heat up a pot of oil for deep frying and fry the parcel.
