کچری پاﺅڈر---------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس---------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک ایک چٹکی
بیٹر کے لئے:
ادرک یا لہسن کا پیسٹ------ 1کھانے کا چمچہ
ہلدی پاﺅڈر------------------ 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
لال مرچ پاﺅڈر-------------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر---------- 1/4چائے کاچمچہ
سرکہ----------------------- 1/3کپ
چنے یا بیسن کا آٹا---------- 100گرام
کارن فلور------------------ 1کھانے کا چمچہ
اورنج فوڈ کلر-------------- 1قطرہ
پانی----------------------- 120ملی لیٹر
چاٹ مصالحہ-------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
سلاد کے لئے:
کھیرا---------------------- 1چھوٹاپیس
ٹماٹر----------------------- 2عدد درمیانے
لال پیاز-------------------- 1/2درمیانی

ترکیب:

گوشت میں سرکہ ،نمک اور کچری پاﺅڈرلگا کر کچھ گھنٹوں تک چھوڑ دیں۔
اب سرکہ سے نکال کر صاف کرلیں۔
بیٹر کے لئے:
تمام اجزا ءکو اچھی طرح مکس کردیں۔
اب اس میں گوشت شامل کرکے گرم تیل میں کرسپی ہونے تک فرائی کرلیں۔
سلاد کے تمام اجزا ءکو چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔
اوپر سے ڈریسنگ شامل کرکے فرائیڈ مٹن کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
