Ingredients

puff pastry 250 g
For filling:
Apples 1/2 kg
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
icing Sugar as required

How to make Fried Apple pie

METHOD:

Add all the filling ingredients to the pan and let the apples cook till the water dries and the mixture becomes thick and sticky. Remove from heat and let it cool for a while.
Cut the puff pastry in squares and fill them with apple filling. Seal the puff pastry and deep fry in the oil until crispy light brown.
Take out in a serving dish. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
