Gelatin ½ khanay ka chamcha
Thanda paani 2 khanay k chamchay
Vanilla Essence ½ chaye ka chamcha
Corn syrup ¼ cup
Glycerin ½ khanay ka chamcha
Shortening/Ghee 1 khanay ka chamcha
Icing Sugar 1 pound

Banane ki tarkeeb

½ khanay ka chamcha glycerin ko 2 khanay k chamchay thanday paani main bhigo dain. Jab who pholnay lagay to isay double boiler per rakh kar pighlaa lain. Jab wo mukamal pighal jaye to is main ½ chaye ka chamcha vanilla essence aur ¼ corn syrup shamil kar dain siwaye icing sugar k phr inhay chamchay ki madad sy mix karain. Mix karny k baad apny haatho ko ek khanay ka chamcha shortening sy chikna kar k icing sugar k darmiyan jagha bana kar tamam ameezah daal dain. Ab isay ahista ahista gondh lain yahan tak k doh taiyaar hoajaye phr isay chand ghanto k liye chhor dain aur cake per laga dain. Iskay baad cake ko decorate kar k paish karain.

ونیلاایسنس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
کارن سیرپ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4/1کپ
گلیسرین۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1کھانے کا چمچہ
شارٹننگ/گھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
آئسنگ شوگر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پاؤنڈ

ترکیب:

2/1 کھانے کا چمچہ گلیسرین کو 2کھانے کے چمچے ٹھنڈے پانی میں بھگو دیں۔ جب وہ پھولنے لگے تو اسے ڈبل بوئلر پر رکھ کر پگھلالیں۔ جب وہ مکمل پگھل جائے تو اس میں2/1چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس اور 4/1کپ کارن سیرپ شامل کردیں۔ سوائے آئسنگ شوگر کے۔ پھر انہیں چمچے کی مدد سے مکس کریں۔مکس کرنے کے بعد اپنے ہاتھوں کوایک کھانے کا چمچہ شارٹننگ سے گریس کرکے آئسنگ شوگر کے درمیان جگہ بنا کر تمام آمیزہ ڈال دیں۔اب اسے آہستہ آہستہ گوندھیں یہاں تک کہ ڈو تیار ہوجائے پھر اسے چند گھنٹوں کے لئے چھوڑ دیں اور کیک پرلگا دیں۔اسکے بعد کیک کو ڈیکوریٹ کرکے پیش کریں۔

I love this recipe, but leave out the vanilla, and use additional powdered sugar instead of butter to get a nice ceramic type look instead of a shiny greasy one.
