اجوائن -------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
چاٹ مصالحہ -------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس -------------- 3کھانے کا چمچے
پانی ---------------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
نمک --------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
تیل ---------------------- تلنے کے لئے
ہری پیاز،لیموں،
سلادپتے،ٹماٹر،
کھیرے ----------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں اجوائن ، چاٹ مصالحہ، لہسن ادرک ، میدہ ، لیموں کا رس ، لال مرچ، ہلدی ، سفید مرچ ، پانی اور نمک ملالیں۔ مچھلی کے چوکور چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹیں اور آمیزے میں ملا ئیں اور 30منٹ کے لئے رکھدیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں تھوڑا سا تیل گرم کریں۔ اس میں مچھلی کے ٹکڑے سنہری رنگ آنے تک تل کر جاذب کاغذ پر نکالیں۔سرونگ ڈش کو ہری پیاز ، لیموں، سلاد پتے، ٹماٹر اور کھیرے سے سجائیں، اس پر مچھلی رکھ کر گرم پیش کریں
