ترکیب:

پہلے پین میں 200گرام فش فلے ، ایک کپ پانی ، ایک کھانے کا چمچہ لہسن کا پیسٹ اور حسب ذائقہ نمک شامل کرکے فش کو اُبال لیں ۔ پانچ سے چھ منٹ بعد فش نکال کر چوپر مشین میں ڈال دیں ۔ ساتھ میں آدھ چائے کا چمچہ پسی کالی مرچ ، تین کھانے کے چمچے کریم چیز ، چار کھانے کے چمچے مایونیز ، ایک کھانے کا چمچہ مسٹرڈ پیسٹ تیار کریں اور پائپنگ بیگ میں بھر لیں ۔ اس کے بعد چار عدد بریڈ سلائس پر تھوڑا مایونیز ہلکا سالگا کر توے پر سینک لیں ۔ پھر ان کے کنارے کاٹ کر چار چار حصوں میں تقسیم کرلیں ۔ اب پائپنگ بیگ میں بھری ہوئی موز اس پر کوٹ کریں ۔ ساتھ میں حسب ضرورت سلاد کے پتے اور باقی کھانے کے چمچے مسٹرڈ پیسٹ سے گارنش کریں ۔
