ایک پین میں 4/1تیل گرم کرکے اس میں دو عدد کٹی پیاز ڈال کرفرائی کریں اور لائٹ گولڈ ن کرلیں۔
اب اس میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کرکے 2منٹ ساتے کرلیں۔
پھر اس میں3عددپسے ہوئے ٹماٹروں کے ساتھ 4/1چائے کا چمچہ ہلدی، ایک چائے کا چمچہ پسی لال مرچ، 2/1چائے کا چمچہ کالا زیرہ، ایک چائے کا چمچہ سفید زیرہ اور ایک چائے کا چمچہ نمک ڈال کر 5منٹ فرائی کرلیں۔
اس کے بعد2/1کلو مچھلی کے ساتھ 4/1کپ پانی ڈال کر چند منٹ پکائیں۔
اب اس میںمیںایک عدد جو لین کٹ شملہ مرچ، 2 عدد باریک کٹی پیاز،1عددجولین کٹ ٹماٹر ،2/1 چائے کا چمچہ گرم مصالحہ اور 3کھانے کے چمچے شامل کرکے مکس کریں اور نکال لیں۔
آخر میں 2 کھانے کے چمچے باریک کٹا ہرا دھنیا سے گارنش کر کے گرم سرو کریں۔
