Fish meat (thin pieces) 3
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Black pepper, crushed 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt
Egg as required
METHOD:
Add garlic paste, vinegar, soy sauce and black pepper in a bowl.
Now add white pepper and salt in the above mixture.
Add the fish pices and marinate well.
Leave for 4-5 hours.
Now roll the marinated fish pieces.
To hold them in position insert toothpicks.
Deep fry them.
The fish cake is ready to be served.
