Eggs - two
Onions - three medium
Red Tomatoes - two small
Green Chillies two
Coriander Chopped - two tablespoons
Oil - three tablespoons
Red Chilli Powder - half teaspoon
Salt - half teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - half teaspoon
METHOD:
First cut the onions into very thin slices and fry in oil.
Put salt, coriander and turmeric powder, chilli, tomatoes and half cup of water.
Mix well; when gravy is ready, whisk the eggs in another bowl and put these eggs into gravy and mix well.
Lower the flame, put green chillies and coriander over the khagina.
Serve with chappati or paratha.

We would be traveling to Bahawalpur to my cousin's wedding. Other guests would come later therefore we would have lot of time to cook foods and i will make egg khagina and some selected pakistani recipes as well.
I like it a lot but I only make Pakistani khagina. I have eaten Hyderabadi, Persian and some other khagina but only Pakistani one was tasty or may be I am saying this because we are used to of Pakistani tastes. Persian foods are liked by Persians and indian foods are liked by Indians.
This is the first time I am seeing a recipe of this khagina. I never had seen it before, now I am excited to eat it. It looks easy to make as well, therefore there is no problem in making it . I m planning to make it.
