chicken 1kg,
oil 2cups,
turmerik powder 1tea spoon,
red chilly powder 2 table spoon,
salt to taste,
tomatoes half kg,
green chillies 6-7,
ginger 1inch,
coriender leaves for garnish.
How to make Easy Chicken Karahi
METHOD:
First of all put oil in pan & heat it then put 4 cut green chillies in oil when chillies brownish put in pan all masalas when all masalas cooked,put it chicken & cook it when chicken colour is white,then put it cubes cut tomatoes & cover the pan for few minutes.After few minutes when tomatoes cooked & its water is dry put green chillies,ginger &coriander leaves & serve it with naan.
