دم والا قیمہ

اجزاء:
بھنا دم کا قیمہ کھانے کا مزہ ہی الگ ہے اس کی منفرد لذت زبان پر ذائقہ چھوڑ دیتی ہے ۔ اب بنائیں اس ترکیب سے دیکھیں یہ کتنا لاجواب بنتا ہے۔

ترکیب:

٭ سب سے پہلے دو چمچ چنے، دار چینی، زیرہ، کالی مرچ، لال مرچ، الائچی اور لونگ کو اچھی طرح توے پر بیس منٹ تک بھون لیں اور پھر اس کو مکسر میں ڈال کر پاؤڈر تیار کرلیں۔
٭ قیمہ اچھی طرح دھولیں اور اس میں یہ پسا ہوا پاؤڈر، ہلدی، دھنیا، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ایک کپ دہی، کچے پپیتے کا پیسٹ چار چمچ اور ہری مرچ، ہرا دھنیا، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، نمک، پیاز بھنی ہوئی اور لیموں ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر کے ایک گھنٹہ فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
٭ قیمے کو فریج سے نکال کر آئل میں بیس منٹ پکائیں اور اس پتیلی کے درمیان میں ایک چھوٹی پیالی کے اندر کوئلے کا ٹکڑا رکھ کر اس پر آئل ڈال کر دس منٹ کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔
٭ اس کے اوپر کٹی ہوئی پیاز ڈال کر پیش کریں۔۔۔ لیجئیے تیار ہے مصالحے دار بھنا دم کا قیمہ۔
