Mince 1 kg
Clarified butter as required
Onion ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 125 gm
Almond 50 gm
Coconut 50 gm
Kabab Chini 8
Black cumin 1 tsp
Saffron as required
Mint and coriander as required
Poppy seeds 50 gm
Green cardamom 4
Green chili 4 (finely chopped)
METHOD:
First clean all the spices (almond, coconut, kabab chini, black cumin, saffron, mint, coriander leaves, poppy seeds, green cardamom and green chili) and roast on griddle.
Then grind these spices in grinder.
Now fine chop onions and fry in clarified butter and take it out.
Then mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, spices and yogurt in mince for 20 minutes and keep aside.
Then add clarified butter in big pan/wok and add brown onion and saffron.
Then give simmer (dum) of coal for a while.
Take it out in dish and serve with naan.

what a nice aroma of dum ka keema. all beef dum recipes usually very good in taste and aroma is well. but this is exceptional nice and yummy.
hmm its yummy dumm ka keema with steam of koila give its unique scrumptious taste . we try this during this Saturday and my whole family was love to eat. thank you karachi foods for providing such a nice plate form.
