نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

آلوؤں کے ٹکڑے کریں اور فرائی کر کے نکال لیں۔
تیل گرم کرکے ثابت گرم مصالحہ،ادرک،لہسن،نمک،لال مرچ،ہلدی،دھنیا اور زیرہ ڈال کر گوشت کو گلنے کے لئے رکھیں۔
جب گوشت آدھ اگل جائے اور پانی خشک ہو جائے تو اس میں پیاز کا چورا شامل کرلیں۔
اب اس میں تلے ہوئے آلو ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں اور پانی شامل کر کے گریوی تیار کرلیں۔
آخر میں پسا گرم مصالحہ،کٹی ادرک،ہرا دھنیا،ہری مرچ سے گارنش کریں۔
