Ingredients
Lal Daal 1 cup
Salt To taste
Jeera 1 tb. Sp
Red chilli powder half tb. Sp
Oil 3 tb. Sp
Turmeric powder quarter tb. Sp
Water as needed
Boneless chicken 250 gms
How to make Daal with Chicken Tarka

METHOD:

Soak red daal for an hour.
Pour oil in pan and add jeera in it.
now add red daal in pan and stir it with spoon.
After 5 mins. add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder in it.
Now add a cup of water and leave it for 10 mins.
Take another pan and add 5 tb. Sp oil. Add a pinch of jeera and chicken ( cut into small thin pieces).
Cook it chicken get red.
Now pour the chicken tarka over daal's pan.
Tasty daal with chicken tarka is ready to serve.
Enjoy with naans.
