50 Curry leaves (about 6 sprigs)
Oil for frying
2 tsps Sesame Seeds
3 dried Coconut pieces
2 dried whole Red chillies
1 cup curd
Salt to taste

How to make Curry Leaves Chutney with Curd

METHOD:

Fry, separately, the curry leaves, sesame seeds, coconut Coarsely pound all the and red chillies . Coasarsely pound all the ingredients together. Mix in all these and salt, into the curd. Afix well and serve. (The ingredients can be powdered and bottled, ready O use when required.)
