مکھن--------- چوتھائی کپ
چینی------------ چوتھائی کپ
پسا ہوا کوکونٹ---------- 2/1کپ
سجاوٹ کے لئے-------- چیری 2چمچ
کشمش-------------- 3چمچ

ترکیب:

مکھن اور چینی کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلین۔
دونوں انڈے باری باری مکھن اور چینی میں ملائیں۔
جب انڈا چینی مکھن اچھی طرح س ہوجائیں تو اس میں پہلے میدہ مکس کریں پھر ناریل اور کشمش بھی ڈال دیں۔
کیک کو جس شکل میں لانا چاہتے ہیں اس برتن میں یہ آمیزہ ڈال دیں۔
پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 20سے 22منٹ تک 180ڈگری پر بیک کریں ۔
بیک کرنے سے پہلے کپ پر چیری ضرور لگا دیں
