Ingredients
Oreo cookies 24
Cream cheese 8 oz
Butter ½ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 ¾ cup
Sugar 2 cups
Cocoa powder ¾ cup
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
Baking soda 1 ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Eggs 2
Milk 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Warm coffee 1 cup
Cup cake liners
How to make Oreo Cup Cakes

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180 C.
Line cup cake tins with liner.
Place regular size of cookies in the bottom of the each liner. Take 6 oreo cookies and chop crasely.
Whisk together the flour, sugar. Cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
Preheat oven to 180C . whisk milk, oil, eggs, coffee and vanilla essence in a large bowl until they are mixed and slightly frothy. Add the dry mixture and crushed oreo and whisk until just barely combined and smooth. Do not over mixed.
Fill the cup cake tins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
For frosting:
CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER AND CREAM, ADD VANILLA THEN ADD POEDERD SUGAR UNTIL BLENDED WELL.CHOP REAMINNING OREO COOKIES SUPER FINE AND ADD TO FROSTING.
After cupcakes have cooled frost and decorate with more oreo cookies.
