Cream 250 gram
Icing Sugar 6 khanay k chamchay

Banane ki tarkeeb

Cream ko achi tarha mix kar lain icing sugar daal kar. Ab is main cooking chocolate melt kar k mixture ko 4 khanay k khamchay mix kar k daalain. Ab ando ko bauhat achi tarha phaint lain. Yahan tak k woh safiad hojaian. Ab is main pisi hoi cheeni daalain aur fold karain. Ab beater main chalaain aur 180 degree C grade per bake kar lain. Thanda honay per cut kijye. Doodh daal kar cream lagaain. Phir cake rakh kar final decore kar lain.

آئسنگ شوگر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 6کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

کریم کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں آئسنگ شوگر ڈال کر۔اب اس میں کوکنگ چاکلیٹ میلٹ کرکے مکسچر کو چارکھانے کے چمچے مکس کرکے ڈالیں۔ اب انڈوں کو بہت اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔یہاں تک کہ وہ سفید ہوجائیں۔ اب اس میں پسی چینی ڈالیں اور فولڈ کریں۔ اب بیٹر میں چلائیں اور 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر بیک کریں۔ ٹھنڈا ہونے پر کٹ کیجئے۔ دودھ ڈال کر کریم لگائیں۔ پھر کیک رکھ کر فائنل ڈکور کر لیں۔
