3/2کپ مکھن اور4/3-1کپ چینی کو پھینٹ لیں، یہاں تک کہ وہ لائٹ اور فلونی ہوجائیں۔
پھر اس میں 3کپ میدہ، 2/1-3چائے کا چمچہ، بیکنگ پاﺅڈر اور 2/1چمچہ نمک شامل کریں،ساتھ میں اس میں3/1-1کپ دودھ بھی شامل کردیں۔
اب اس میں2/1-1چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس اور ایک کپ چاکلیٹ چپ شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
اب ایک الگ پیالے میں 4انڈوں کی سفیدی کو اچھی طرح پھینٹ کر کریم مکسچر میں فولڈ کرلیں۔
پھر اس میں تیار مکسچر کو ایک گریسڈ اور فلورڈ بنٹ پین میں ڈال کر 180سینٹی گریڈ پر 50منٹ کے لئے بیک کریںاور پین میں اسے 10منٹ کے لئے ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
اب اس کو ایک سرونگ پلیٹر میں نکال کرٹھنڈا ہونے دیں اور اوپر ونیلا گلیزلگا دیں۔
ونیلا گلیز بنانے کے لئے ایک پیالے میں2/1-1کپ چینی، ایک کھانے کا چمچہ مکھن، ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ونیلا اور 2کھانے کے چمچے آہستہ آہستہ دودھ شامل کرکے اچھی طرح اسموتھ کرلیں۔پھر اس کو کیک پر سجا دیں۔
