1/2 Kg. boneless chicken cut into cubes
2tbspn ginger garlic paste
2 tbspn fresh cream,
2 tbspn hung curd
salt to taste
1tspn black pepper powder
1tspn garam masala powder
Oil for frying
1lime
1 onion rings
How to make Chocolate Chicken
METHOD:
Wash the chicken and drain all water n cut into cube size n keep aside then in a bowl take all the ingredients except lime n onion n mix well n add the chicken cubes in it and marinate it for two hours and keep in the fridge then take silver foil and cut into chocolate size square n put three pieces in each silver foil squares and keep in fridge for some time then heat oil in a kadai n deep fry on medium flame till the foil turns golden n remove in a plate with tissue on it to absorb the oil on the wrapper and serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
