چائنیز بریانی

اجزاء:
چائنیز کھانوں کے دیوانے ہم سب ہی ہیں اور پھر بریانی تو ہمیں ویسے ہی اتنی پسند ہے۔ لیکن اگر چائنیز بریانی بن جائے تو مزہ ہی آجائے۔

ترکیب:

٭ چاولوں کو ایک گھنٹہ بھگو کر تین سے چار منٹ تک ابال لیں اور ان کو کسی برتن میں نکال لیں تاکہ سارا پانی نتھر جائے۔

٭ پین میں آئل گرم کر کے چکن کو اچھی طرح بھون لیں پھر اس میں کٹی ہوئی پیاز، ٹماٹر، ہلدی، لال مرچ، کالی مرچ، زیرہ پاؤڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔

٭ دوسرے پین میں شملہ مرچ، ہری مرچ، گاجر، بند گوبھی اور پھول گوبھی کو آئل میں دو سے تین منٹ پکالیں کہ یہ ہلکی سی پک جائیں۔

٭ اب بڑی پتیلی میں آئل ڈالیں اس میں تھوڑے سے ابلے ہوئے چاول، ایک چمچ اجینا موتو کا پاؤڈر اور نمک ڈالیں۔

٭ پھر اس کے اوپر چاروں طرف ایک تہہ چکن کی لگائیں پھر تھوڑے سے چاول پھر سبزی کی تہہ لگائیں۔

٭ اس طرح چاول، چکن اور سبزی کی تین سے چار تہیں لگا لیں۔

٭ سب سے اوپر لیموں کا رس ڈال کر پودینے کے پتے رکھ کر دم لگا دیں۔

٭ مزیدار سی چائنیز بریانی سلاد کے ساتھ سروو کیجئیے۔
