Rashers bacon 4
Onion 1
Garlic 1 cloves
Chicken livers 375 g
Flour 2 tbsp
Chicken stock ¾ cups
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Marjoram 1 tbsp
Dried marjoram ½ tbsp
Black pepper
Sour cream ¼ cup
How to make Chicken Liver Sauce

METHOD:

• Melt butter in a saucepan and cook baco, onion and garlic over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add chicken livers and cook, stirrings, for 4 minutes or until livers change color
• Stir in flour, then gradually blend in stock. Ad tomato paste marjoram and black pepper to taste.
• Cover and cook strring occasionally over a low heat for 10 minutes. Just prior to serving
