How to make Chicken Chaat
METHOD:
1. Clean and cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Boil chicken pieces in salted boiling water for 1 minute. Drain excess water and cool chicken in refrigerator.
2. In a large bowl mix chick peas/garbanzo beans, chopped onions, garam masala powder , dry mango powder, green chilies, red chilli powder, salt, coriander/cilantro, lemon juice, and oil with cooked chicken pieces.
3. Arrange in a serving platter or bowl. Decorate with tomato slices.
