Fish fillets (square pieces)............½ kg
Fresh breadcrumbs............1 cup
Refined flour............1 cup
Eggs (beaten)............2
Desiccated coconut ............2 tbsp
Red chili powder............1 tsp
Coriander powder............1 tsp
Cumin powder............1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed)............½ tsp
Chaat masala............½ tsp
Salt............1 tsp
Oil............for frying
Cucumber, spring onions............for decoration

How to make ChatPat Masalydar Fish

METHOD:

• Mix all ingredients except fish, flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
• Coat fish first with the flour, then eggs and lastly with breadcrumbs.
• Heat oil in a frying pan and fry fish golden; remove.
• Decorate serving dish with cucumber and spring onions and place fish on top; serve.
