•مکئی کا آٹا_____ 1 پاؤ
•سرخ مرچ پسی ہوئی_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•ہری مرچ_____ 4 عدد
•سوکھا دھنیا_____ 2 چائے کا چمچ (بھون کر موٹا پیس لیں)
•سفید زیرہ_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ (پسا ہوا اور بھنا ہوا)
•ٹماٹر_____ 4 عدد
•پیاز_____ 1 عدد
•تیل_____ تلنے کے لئے

•ہرا دھنیا، پو دینہ_____ ضرورت کے مطابق
