How to make Burns Road kay Bun Kabab

METHOD:

In a cooking pot, add 250 grams mince meat, 50 grams lentils, 1 small onion, 4 dried red chilies, salt to taste, 1 tsp hot spices powder and a glass of water. Allow cooking until dried red chilies and mince meat are tender. Now chop the cooked mix in a chopper machine and form kebabs. Dip kebabs in a beaten egg and fry. In a blender, add ¼ bunch fresh coriander and mint, salt to taste, 125 grams yogurt and 3 green chilies. Blend with water as required and keep aside. Cut bun into two pieces and toast them a on a pan. Place a kebab, some chopped onion on a bun and pour green paste.
Cover with the other half of the bun.
