Ingredients
Beef boti-1 kg
Red Pepper Powder-1 tbsp
White Cumin (bhunna hua pissa hua)-1 tsp
Lemon-3
Oil-1/2 cup
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
Papaya (kacha papita)-2 tbsp with skin
Salt-to taste
How to make Boti Kabab

METHOD:

Wash the meat and add yogurt, salt, red pepper, papaya, ginger garlic paste, cumin, lemon syrup and marinate it.

Leave it for 1 hour.

After 1 hour take skewers and thread boti in it and cook.

Your Boti kabab are ready to serve.

I have mutton instead of beef. We usually do not eat beef, always add mutton to our grocery list. Now please tell me that can we make this kabab with mutton? My second question is that do we have to roast cumin seeds prior to grind it or later?
