1 kg chicken pieces

How to make Bihari Biryani
METHOD:
firstly big pan heat the oven little hot
add some oil heat up
add shredded onion and fried and bring outside
In the same oil added chicken, ginger and garlic paste medium heat
Little fry then added yoghurt to taste and add salt and add biryahni masala, and chili powder too and fry chicken is ok you
add fried onion,,long pieces tomato, coriander leaves and green chili fry it till dry
NOw chicken bhiryahni masala is ready.
At lastly add boiled potatoes and aloo bukaras
it"s done.
In seperately pot, add 8 big cup water, salt to taste, half tea spon white zeera, 2 pies green chili, taaz path 1 piece and boiled the water.
Now add the already soaked rice in the boil water.
When rice is ok then dry water.
Now make the layers of biryahni.
Take a big pan and add rice layer with topping of fry onion layer, garam masala powder, zafrana with milk, coriander leaves and biryahna masla layer
Follow these steps again and again.
At last, spread zafran, one lemon juice, coriander leaves, fried onion, garam masala powder on rice and take a low heat a stove and dum to biryahni and ready to briyahni is ready now.yummy.
