1/3 cup Curd (Yogurt)

1/2 tsp Red chili (crushed)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin
4 Black pepper(whole)
4 Clove
1 Black
Cardamom Fresh
Coriander leaves as required
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
How to make Bhuna Keema & Paratha
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion & cook till blond colour, add black cardaumom, clove, black pepper, cumin and fry for a while. Then add mince and ginger garlic paste and stir fry. Then add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, crushed red chili, coriander powder, little water, curd and tomatoes. Cove & cook until mince tender, add 1/2 cup of water if needed. when mince is tender, finally add green chili, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
Serve with puri or Paratha with fresh salad.Bhunna Keema with Paratha
