Ingredients

Mutton boneless 1 kg
Garlic/ginger paste 2tsp
Fresh ginger 1 inch piece
Sliced
Cumin(whole) I tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Raw papaya 50 gram
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Coriander and mint as required

How to make Bhojelo Gosht

METHOD:

Clean the fat from the meat wash it and male 1 inch piece of it. Make paste of all the ingredients and rub it on meat piece placed in a bowl. Now marinate the meat in refrigerator for a few hours. Now burns coals and cook this meat on coal in such a way that is completely done and is golden brown. Cook for 20 minutes.
