پسی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
لہسن کا پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ابلے چاول۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ سرونگ کے لئے
چپاتی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ سرونگ کے لئے

ترکیب:

سرہر کی دل کو صاف کر کے ایک گھنٹہ بھگوئیں اور پانی نکال کر چھان لیں۔
ایک پین میں دو سے تین کپ پانی ڈال کر ابال لیں۔
سات میں پسی ہلدی،پسی لال مرچ،ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور نمک شامل کر کے آدھا گھنٹہ پکائیں،یہاں تک کہ دال گل جائے۔
اب اس میں کیری ڈالیں اور مزید کچھ دیر پکنے دیں اتنا کہ کیری گل جائے اور اچھی طرح دال کے ساتھ مکس ہوجائے۔
اگر ضرورت محسوس ہو تو پانی ڈالیں،تاکہ دال زیادہ گاڑھی نہ ہو۔
ایک فرائی پین میں گھی گرم کر کے کٹی پیاز کو فرائی کریں کہ گولڈن براؤن ہو جائے۔
