Ingredients

• Mutton 1 kg
• Onion 2
• Cardamoms 2
• Bay leaves 2
• Curry leaves 4
• Oil 1 cup
• Tomatoes ½ kg
• Whole red chilies 12
• Green chilies 12
• Turmeric 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds 1 tsp
• Desiccated Coconut 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Fennel seeds 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp

How to make Andra Mutton Karahi By Rida Aftab

METHOD:

In a pan put together 1 kg mutton, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
Cook over low flame till tender.
Heat 1 cup oil in pan, add 2 chopped onion and fry till golden brown, add in 4 curry leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 bay leaves, ½ tsp salt and 12 whole red chillies.
Now add boiled meat with ½ kg sliced tomatoes.
Cook well, lastly add 12 green chillies and simmer for 10 minutes.
