ترکیب:

دو انڈے پھینٹ لیں۔ پھر ان میں ایک چٹکی نمک، میدہ اور پانی آہستہ آہستہ ملا کر، یکجان کر لیں۔ فرائنگ پین کو ہلکا سا چکنا کر یں۔ تین چمچے(کھانے کے) آمیزہ توے پر پھیلائیں۔ آنچ بالکل ہلکی رکھیں۔ ایک طرف سے سنہرا ہو جائے تو پلٹ دیں، اورپھر اتار لیں۔ اس طرح تقریباً پانچ یا چھ ٹکیاں بنیں گی۔ تین انڈے پھینٹیں۔ ان میں مکھن، مرچ ، سویا سوس، پیاز، ہری مرچ، اور ہرا دھنیا ملا کر دوبارہ پھینٹیں اور پھر آملیٹ کی طرح تل لیں۔ آملیٹ کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کر یں اور میدے کے درمیان تھوڑا سا رکھ کر رول کی طرح لپیٹ دیں۔ اسی طرح تمام رول تیار کر یں اور ٹماٹو سوس کے ساتھ پیش کر یں(رول کے بجائے تکونے سموسے بھی بنا سکتی ہیں)۔
