انڈہ ملائی قورمہ

انڈے تو بہت کھا لیے کبھی آملیٹ میں تو کبھی انڈے کے سالن میں آج ذرا انڈے کو ایک نئے ڈھنگ سے بنائیں اور پائیں ایسی لذت کے بار بار بنانے کا دل چاہے۔ طریقہ بھی اتنا آسان کہ پک جائے منٹوں میں۔

ترکیب:

٭ چار انڈے اچھی طرح ابال لیں اور ان کو بیچ میں سے کاٹ کر دو ٹکڑے کرلیں۔
٭ پین میں آئل گرم کریں اس میں ایک کپ پیاز کا پیسٹ اور ایک کپ دودھ میں لہسن ادرک کا پیسٹ شامل کر کے بارہ منٹ اچھی طرح پکائیں۔

٭ اس میں ایک چمچ دھنیا پاؤڈر، ایک چمچ خشخاش، ایک چمچ ہلدی، ایک چمچ لال مرچ پاؤڈر، آدھا چمچ کالی مرچ، آدھا چمچ سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مزید دس منٹ پکائیں۔

٭ ابالے ہوئے انڈے پین میں ڈال کر پانچ منٹ پکائیں پھر انڈوں کو پلٹ لیں اور ڈھکن ڈھک دیں۔ دس منٹ بعد لیجئیے تیار ہے آپ کا انڈہ ملائی قورمہ۔
