مرغی کا گوشت ---- آٹھ عدد پیس (ران اور ڈرم اسٹک)
دہی ----- آدھا کپ
اجوائن ----- دو چائے کے چمج
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سرخ مرچ ------ آدھا کھانے کا چمچ (کٹی ہوئی)
کریم ------ آدھا کپ
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ
تیل ----- تین کھانے کے چمچ
ہرا دھنیا ---- آدھا کپ

ترکیب:

دہی میں اجوائن٬ ادرک٬ لہسن پیسٹ٬ سرخ مرچ (کٹی ہوئی) اور نمک مکس کرلیں اور اس سے مرغی کو میرینٹ کرلیں تقریباً آدھے گھنٹے کے لیے- اس کے بعد ایک برتن میں تیل گرم کریں اور اس میں مرغی کے ٹکڑے ڈال کر سنہرا کرلیں اس میں اضافی میرینیشن نہیں ڈالیں-
آنچ ہلکی کرلیں اور باقی میرینیشن اس میں ڈال دیں-
ساتھ آدھا کپ پانی بھی شامل کرلیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر مرغی کو گل جانے تک پکائیں-
جب مرغی گل جائے تو اس میں کریم اور ہرا دھنیا چوپ کر کے ڈال دیں اور اس وقت تک پکائیں کہ جب تک سارا پانی خشک نہیں ہوجاتا-
