Ingredients
1/2 kg Chicken
1 Onion
1 Bay leaf
2 Tomatoes
2 Potatoes
2 Cinnamon stick
2 Clove
2 Whole black pepper
2 Green cardamom
pinch Nutmeg powder
1 cup Flour
3 Cloves of garlic sliced
1 tbsp Clarified butter
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
to taste Black pepper
to taste Salt
How to make Aab Murg Gosht

METHOD:

In a medium pot, melt 1 tbsp clarified butter and add 3 cloves of sliced garlic, 1 sliced onion, 1/2 kg chicken, 1 bay leaf, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 cloves, 2 whole black peppers, 2 green cardamoms, 1/4 tsp white cumin, a pinch of nutmeg, 1/4 tsp coriander, 2 sliced tomatoes and 2 sliced potatoes and stir briefly.

Then add 1/2 cup water and leave the meat to cook. Cover the top of your pot with a sheet of dough and simmer for half an hour. Serve hot.
