INGREDIENTS:

Beef Mince: 1 kg
Onion SlIced: 3-4
Crushed Red Chilli Powder: 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Yogurt: 1 pack
Desiccated Coconut: 4 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Papaya: 2 -3 tbsp
Kachri (4-5 whole) in powder: 4 -5 tsp
Cumin Powder: 2 tbsp
Black Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Cloves: 6 -7
Black pepperCorns: 12- 15
Cinnamon: 2 sticks
Large Cardamoms: 2-3


How to make Kachri Keema



METHOD:

Roast black cumin, white cumin, cinnamon, cloves, whole black peppercorns and large cardamoms on the griddle.

Then grind together and make a powder.

Now add this ground spice powder to mince along kachri, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli, coriander powder, desiccated coconut, salt, papaya paste and yogurt,

mix and place aside for marination for 5 to 6 hours (marinate overnight for best results).

Brown onions in oil, add ginger garlic paste and then marinated mincemeat and cook on dum flame (low flame).

When cooked, add coriander, ginger and place on stove for dam (steam-cook).

Give coal smoke if you like (Place coal on a foil and pour some ghee and cover the pan).

Kachri keema is ready.

Serve hot.
