Tamarind pulp 200 grams
Jaggery 250 grams
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Black Salt ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Tara Garam masala ½ tsp
Water 2 cups
Asafetida 1pinch

How to make Imli Aur Gur Chatni


Put 200grams of tamarind pulp, 250grams of jiggery and 2 cups of water in a
saucepan and allow to cook

Add ½ tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of tara garam masala and 1 pinch of Asafoetida.

When mixture thickens remove from flame and serve it with muthi kababs.

Imli aur gur chatni recipe is by far, the most innovative recipe I’ve ever encountered ever since I started my journey as a chef (for my kids). I’ve also learned that if you chill imli aur guy chatni in the fridge, the taste is even more enhanced and it cools you down.
