بڑی الائچی ۔۔۔۔۔کے دو دانے
ایک پیالے میں تمام اجزاء کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں
دن میں دو مرتبہ کھائیں (یعنی دوپہر میں کچھ اور کھانے کی بجائے یہی کھائیں اور رات میں بھی )
صبح ناشتہ میں سلاد کا استعمال کریں ۔
انشاء اللہ چند دنوں کے استعمال سے آپ کا وزن کم ہو جائے گا۔
