INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Fillet4
• RIce2 cups
Ginger Garlic paste1 tbsp
Lemons 2
• Yogurt½ cup
• Crushed black pepper1 tsp
Saltto taste
• Fresh Cream1 packet
• Green chilies4
• Chopped onion2
Oil½ cup


How to make Creamy Pasanday with Rice



METHOD:

Fry chopped onion till they are golden brown. Boil rice with some salt. Hammer the chicken fillets; add in ½ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, some salt and 2 lemon juices. Leave it for some time. Grease the frying pan and grease it. Then add in the chicken fillets. Cook it till the water dries. Then add in 1 packet cream and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. Now take 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan and add in rice. Stir fry them and dish out the rice. Put the chicken fillet on the top of the rice and serve.
